When his sister, Maizey, is accidentally taken by a Puller it’s a race against time for Pew and his ‘one in a million’ crafting friend Weed to rescue her. As they cross darkened woods and snowy commons they are aided by a magpie called JJ, the Raven Congress and a rabbit who runs an underground network. Trying to avoid Howls, ferrets and folk they must save Maizey from ‘The Hall’ where dark armies are massing and war is brewing.
